AI assist

Start from your website

Paste your web address. The assistant reads your site, drafts what it can, asks you only what it can't find, then hands you a finished Business Brief to paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever you use.

Takes about a minute. Nothing is saved — no signup, no account.

Your Business Brief

Use it in every prompt

Edit your brief here, then click use. Every prompt below is copied with the brief already attached at the top, so you can paste one block into your AI tool.

  1. Fill out the Business Brief (Module 0). Ten minutes. This is the single biggest driver of output quality — a vague brief produces a generic plan, and a generic plan is worthless.
  2. Pick your path. Fast path: paste the Master Prompt + your Brief — one long output, one sitting. Deep path (recommended): run Modules 1 → 5 in order in the same chat, pasting your Brief once at the start. Each module builds on the last: better research, more detail, fewer hallucinations.
  3. Turn on web search / research mode in whatever tool you're using. Without it the AI is guessing from memory. With it, it's citing sources.
  4. Run the Reality Check pass at the end. This is the step most people skip and it's the one that separates a plan you'll use from a plan you'll file.

Rule of thumb: Budget 45–90 minutes for the deep path. You are replacing a $15,000–$40,000 consulting engagement. Ninety minutes is a bargain.

Every prompt here is yours to edit. The structure matters more than the wording — keep the role, the constraints, the evidence rules, and the self-critique pass, and change everything else to fit your business.
